Laguna: Release new 16.02 pre-built firmware (16.02@e848b14)

Based on OpenWrt r48868 (2016-02-17)

OpenWrt Changes:

• fixed boot from SPI flash
• bumped Gateworks feed to remove duplicated hidapi and update gsc-update
• add GW2394 support
• add GW2383 support
• add additional USB Device Controller gadget drivers

Bootloader Changes:

• Built from r827: ​http://trac.gateworks.com/browser/laguna/trunk/u-boot-2008.10?rev=827
• remove call to dataflash_print_info (SPI)
• increase kernel size to 2MB in SPI flash partition map
