Laguna: Updated pre-built images with latest bootloader

JTAG Images:

for NOR FLASH devices (GW2387/GW2388/GW2391)
- u-boot_nor.bin - Bootloader
- laguna-owrt-13.06-nor.bin - Bootloader + OpenWrt
- laguna-owrt-14.08-nor.bin - Bootloader + OpenWrt
for SPI FLASH devices (GW2380/GW2382/GW2383)
- u-boot_spi.bin - Bootloader
- laguna-owrt-13.06-spi.bin - Bootloader + OpenWrt
- laguna-owrt-14.08-spi.bin - Bootloader + OpenWrt

Cumulative Laguna bootloader changes:

Built from r579: http://trac.gateworks.com/browser/laguna/trunk/u-boot-2008.10?rev=579
- Enable external clockgen on boards without clockgen detection
- Change GPIO_PERST for GW2393
- Add support for 128MB NOR flash
