= Venice DDR Memory

While the IMX8M is a 64bit processor, it has a 32bit memory controller. 

Standard Venice products are available with 32bit 1GiB LPDDR4 DRAM and 32bit 4GiB LPDD4 DRAM but other options are available.  

Memory speed/performance depends on the SoC:
 - imx8mm - 1500MHz (3000MT/s): GW71xx-0x / GW72xx-0x / GW73xx-0x / GW75xx-0x
 - imx8mp - 2000MHz (4000MT/s): GW71xx-2x / GW72xx-2x / GW73xx-2x / GW74xx / GW75xx-2x
