While the IMX8M is a 64bit processor, it has a 32bit memory controller. Standard Venice products are available with 32bit 1GiB LPDDR4 DRAM and 32bit 4GiB LPDD4 DRAM but other options are available. Contact sales@gateworks.com for details.
