Venice DDR Memory
While the IMX8M is a 64bit processor, it has a 32bit memory controller. Standard Venice products are available with 32bit 1GiB LPDDR4 DRAM and 32bit 4GiB LPDD4 DRAM but other options are available. Memory for GW7000 and GW7001 SOM is clocked at 1500mhz. Contact sales@… for details.
