     1513.3V & 5V rails will depend on the power IC being used, but they typically have plenty of power.

     153For static 3.3V and 5V rails, the limiting factors are usually the pin on the header as well as the wire gauge being used. Typically 24 & 26 AWG wires are used on development kit cables.
