     71You can only manipulate PERST# as above if the socket is configured for PCI via the hwconfig variable. If force example the socket is USB3 capable and configured for USB3 you can not manipulate the PERST# signal (unless you modify the Gateworks boot firmware to steer the USB3 mux but still leave the QLM configured for PCI).
